The paper submission portal for IEEE BioCAS 2026 will be available through the online submission system. All authors are requested to carefully read the following instructions before preparing and submitting their papers.

Submissions

  • All submissions must be made online via the official paper submission system.
  • Email submissions will not be accepted.
  • If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one account.
  • Please use the same account for any additional submissions.
  • Author information and paper files may be edited or resubmitted until the submission deadline.

Paper Specifications

Authors must use the IEEE conference paper templates and ensure that their PDF file is compliant with IEEE Xplore requirements.

Your paper must comply with the following specifications:

  • Paper Length: Maximum 5 pages
    - Up to 4 pages for technical content, including text, figures, tables, and references, if any
    - One additional optional 5th page may be used for references only
  • Paper Size: A4, 210 mm × 297 mm
  • File Format: Adobe PDF .pdf
  • Maximum File Size: 5.0 MB
  • Fonts: All fonts must be embedded in the PDF file. Please avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.
  • Do not include page numbers.
  • Do not apply security settings to the PDF file.

Papers that do not comply with the required format may not be reviewed properly and may be rejected. Papers that do not meet IEEE Xplore requirements cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
