Korean Night with Chimaek

  • Enjoy Chimaek — Korean fried chicken and beer — at Korean Night! Share a relaxed evening with fellow BioCAS participants over chicken, beer, and popular Korean street foods, including tteokbokki and fried snacks.

Conference Banquet

  • Admission The banquet is open to all registered participants. A Banquet Coupon will be provided together with your conference badge. Please present the coupon to the conference staff upon entry.
  • Additional Tickets Additional banquet tickets may be purchased on site, subject to venue capacity. Ticket sales may close early once the maximum capacity has been reached.

Best Paper Awards · Best Demo Awards · Technical Committee (TC) Grants · Student Travel Grants Award and grant recipients are kindly requested to attend the Banquet and be present during the presentation ceremony.

Farewell Reception - Korean BBQ Night

  • Main Venue Myeongryun Jinsa Galbi - Incheon Okryeon Branch
  • Enjoy a Korean BBQ dinner at Myeongryun Jinsa Galbi, a Korean BBQ restaurant chain, as we celebrate the close of BioCAS 2026. Gather around the grill with fellow participants for a relaxed evening of food and conversation.
  • Admission Please present your Farewell Reception coupon at the entrance to your assigned restaurant.

Restaurant Assignment and Transportation

  • 17:40 Meet in the lobby in front of the Premier Ballroom (2F), Songdo ConvensiA.
  • 17:50 Shuttle buses for the Incheon Okryeon Branch will depart from Songdo ConvensiA.

The Incheon Okryeon Branch is the main venue. If attendance exceeds its seating capacity, conference staff will assign the additional participants to the Incheon Songdo Branch and guide them there on foot. The Songdo Branch will be used only as an overflow venue; it is not a separately selectable option.

All participants must meet at the designated meeting point at 17:40 and follow the staff’s restaurant assignment and transportation instructions. Please do not go directly to either restaurant or choose a branch independently.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided from October 7 through October 11 at designated restaurants located on the 1st floor of Songdo ConvensiA.

Each lunch coupon may be used for meals valued up to KRW 15,000. Any amount exceeding KRW 15,000 must be paid individually.

  • General Registration Five lunch coupons will be provided, one for each day from October 7 to October 11.
  • Workshop Only Registration One lunch coupon will be provided for either October 7 or October 11, according to the workshop day attended.
